PLANTING STEPS
Step 1: Soak seeds properly
Before sowing, soak the seeds in warm water at about 30–40°C for 6–8 hours to soften the shell and promote germination.
Step 2: Prepare loose, nutritious soil
Plant the seeds about 1–1.5 cm deep and cover with a thin layer of soil. Keep a distance of 30–40 cm between each hole to allow enough space for growth
Step 3: Place in a place with soft light
Maintain evenly moist soil without waterlogging. Seeds usually sprout after 5–7 days; when seedlings reach 10–15 cm, thin them out and keep only the healthiest plants
Step 4: Plant care
Once the plant reaches 30–40 cm, set up a trellis or strings for climbing. Apply organic or bio-fertilizer every 15–20 days and water regularly to encourage flowering, fruiting, and year-round harvests.

I didn’t expect the plant to grow so fast; now it’s already flowering and bearing young fruits. I’m really excited to wait for the harvest day

Just a few months after planting, the moonmelon vines have grown lush, and the green fruits are getting bigger. In just a few more days, it will be time for a full harvest.

These past few days I’ve started picking the first moonmelon fruits. After tasting them, I realized they’re sweet, tender, and even more delicious than I imagined. It feels amazing to grow and enjoy them myself.
